Temp Low Skilled Workers
The Temp Low Skilled Workers category is meant for the Immigration of Low Skilled Workers needed to fill specific temporary labour shortages.
Tier 3 of the Points Based system covers unskilled, temporary migration for seasonal employment. It has replaced the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme (SAWS) and the Sectors Based Scheme (SBS).
Entry to the UK under a Tier 3 visa will require a certificate of sponsorship as part of the application but will not constitute a route to settlement. It will not therefore provide you with an opportunity to apply for permanent residence in the UK.
